The Board meets every quarter and decides on policy issues relating to Major contracts, finance, HRD, statutory compliances, secretarial and audit.
The Chief Operating Officer heads the day-to-day operations and Vice Presidents heading independent businesses of the company assist him. The operation is structured around a business unit concept with individual Vice Presidents responsible for sales and profits of their respective businesses. Functional team leaders in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Technical, HRD and After-Sales Service assist these business heads.
The company has a rigorous training program which ensures that every new entrant is put-through an 8-month intense curriculum before taking up any customer interaction.
